REQUIREMENTS & PROCESS

A designated operator identified during check-in is responsible for operating the vessel during the rental period.

A designated operator is required for each rental. A brief safety orientation and vessel familiarization are completed prior to departure.

The safety orientation is a brief pre-departure review of vessel controls, safety equipment, and local operating guidance.

We recommend bringing a valid government-issued ID, your booking confirmation, food and beverages if desired, and weather-appropriate clothing.

Please arrive early enough to complete check-in and the safety orientation before your scheduled departure time.

Yes. For guests who would feel more comfortable with additional guidance at the beginning of their rental, a limited-duration onboard orientation session may be arranged in some cases, subject to availability.
This session is intended to provide practical familiarization with the vessel and local operating conditions at the start of the booking. The designated operator remains responsible for operating the vessel at all times, and any onboard advisor provides guidance only without assuming command or control of the vessel.
If you are interested in this option, please mention it in your booking request and we will confirm availability based on the vessel, date, and booking details.
